Adult Leadership

ScoutMaster: Joel Ordesky
Joel is a 35 year veteran of scouting and was both a Cub Scout and a Boy Scout in Troop 33 . As youth in Scouting Joel attained the rank of Eagle Scout, graduated Polaris Two Star leadership training, served as youth officer at the Council level and at the Section 4a level. Upon turning 18, Joel continued to serve as an Assistant Scoutmaster to the troop through college and into the late 90's. Active as a youth member of the Order of the Arrow, Scouting's National Honor Society, Joel was awarded the Vigil Honor. Joel returned to Scouting in 2004 as Den Leader of his son's Cub Scout Den he went on to become CubMaster before returning to Troop 33 when his son bridged to Boy Scouts. 

Assistant ScoutMaster: Stephen Schwartz
Stephen was a Boy Scout in Canada as a teenager and then had a short Scouting hiatus of about twenty years until he became a den leader in Pack 100 when his son joined Cub Scouts. He found a great sense of personal satisfaction helping youth achieve things through Scouting they might otherwise never be able to do. Stephen joined Troop 33 as a father in 2001, serving as camping chair and then as Assistant Scoutmaster. Stephen graduated to Scoutmaster in 2005 and stayed on for several years after his own son became Eagle and went off to college. Stephen dialed back a bit to Assistant Scoutmaster in 2011.

Assistant ScoutMaster: Mike Budinger
Mike was serving as Assistant ScoutMaster in 1976 when Joel joined as a youth. Over the years Mike has worked with several troops and with nearly 5 decades of continual service to scouting Mike has been honored with many distinguished  scouting honors including the Vigil Honor in the Order of the Arrow.

Committee Chairperson: Adam Fast
Adam in edition to serving as an Assistant ScoutMaster takes on the role of Committee Chairperson. The Committee serve as the board of directors to the troop. Prior to joining the troop with his son Adam served as CubMaster of local Pack 100.
