Program

Scouting is fun with a purpose and our program is structured with that goal in mind!

Troop Meetings: The troop meets 2nd, 3rd, 4th Mondays of each month from 7pm to 8:15pm.  At these meetings the boys learn and practice skills.

Patrol Leaders' Council: The youth leadership of the troop made up of the Senior Patrol Leader, the Patrol Leaders and other youth officers meet the 1st Monday of each month to plan and set the agenda for the coming months.

Outdoor Program: The troop participates in various outdoor activities including camping, hiking, service projects, Camporee, week long summer camp and other activities.

All meeting and activities are held with the BSA's policies on youth protection fully in force. The rules of two deep leadership, no one-on-one contact, respect for privacy, separate accommodations, proper preparation, no secret organizations, appropriate attire and constructive discipline, assure that all youth participants are safe at all times.

Meetings are held at the Scout House located behind El Rodeo Elementary on Whittier (709 N Whittier Drive).
